Ultra High-Speed Printing

Even a speed boat “benchy” expanded to 300%, which typically takes many hours to print with any typical high-speed 3D printer on the market, can be printed by the FLSUN S1 in just 2 hours and 19 minutes, thanks to its impressive printing speed of 1200mm/s. This speed advantage significantly reduces print job time.

The FLSUN S1 employs a heating ring device that boasts a faster heat transfer efficiency to melt the filament. Compared to traditional heating pads and rods, the heating ring has a larger heating area, which accelerates the filament’s melting speed and lays the groundwork for improved printing speed.

The printer’s high-performance heat dissipation function ensures high model quality even during high-speed printing. The S1 is equipped with a remote blower and uses a brushless cooling fan that can reach 40,000 rpm. This fan precisely controls the direction and speed of the air guide’s heat dissipation, rapidly cooling the freshly-extruded model in the printing area. This process enables rapid model printing and sets the stage for ultra-high-speed printing.

The FLSUN S1 boasts an all-metal frame structure and utilizes thickened carbon rod parallel arms. Compared to an ordinary carbon rod, these offer superior rigidity and a higher vibration frequency. The fully enclosed parallel arm ball head, equipped with a lubrication function, is easier to use and more wear-resistant, but also enhances the service life and increases the rigidity of the parallel arm, thereby facilitating ultra-high-speed printing.

The printer features a self-developed controlled high current motor closed-loop drive system. If a print step is lost, the system can quickly and automatically adjust back to ensure the normal operation of ultra-high-speed printing. This ultra-high-speed printing capability significantly improves productivity, saving users a considerable amount of time.


High Precision Quality

The FLSUN S1 is capable of maintaining high-precision print quality, even under ultra-high-speed printing conditions. It is equipped with a flow rate auto-calibration function. This precise AI control ensures an even filament discharge, minimizes wasted filament, and guarantees a higher surface fineness on the finished printed products.

By deeply optimizing the vibration compensation algorithm, the FLSUN S1 effectively mitigates the impact of vibration during the printing process. It reduces the

amplitude of printing at the corners due to inertia and shortens the adjustment time, thereby improving the printing quality and precision.

The printer also features a fully automatic thermal bed leveling function that can be automatically measured and recorded. This function ensures the accuracy of the print bed flatness and Z-axis height, helping to avoid uneven thickness and deviation of the underlying print material. As a result, it achieves more accurate, flatter, and more stable print results.

Additionally, the FLSUN S1 has a size calibration function that automatically measures and calibrates size accuracy. It performs automatic background correction and adjusts the printing parameters to avoid size errors when printing, thereby improving printing accuracy and guaranteeing print quality.

· Intelligent Zone Heating Function: With an inner circle of φ220mm and an outer circle area from φ220-320mm, this zoned heating function can reach a maximum temperature of 120℃ on the bed. This efficient use of power eliminates wasteful power consumption.

· HEPA+Activated Carbon Composite Filter Air Filtration System: This system effectively filters out particles of toxic gases, ensuring safe indoor printing of materials that may otherwise be irritating.

· Clogging Detection Function: This feature helps users identify and resolve filament clogging issues in a timely manner, ensuring print quality, avoiding waste of materials and time.

· Binocular Radar Camera: This camera presents the printed 3D model through radar scanning and calibrates the positioning and auto-correction. It also monitors and manages the printer and print jobs in real time through real-time monitoring and feedback. This feature improves print quality, reduces malfunctions and errors, and enables remote control and management, making it easier for users to use and manage the 3D printer.
